摘要
为提高特大型球墨铸铁模板的疲劳强度,选用优质的原材料,如生铁、废钢、球化剂和增碳剂等,运用合成球墨铸铁熔炼技术和严格炉前控制。通过对附铸试块的疲劳性能测试、力学性能测试和金相组织检查,结果表明:使用优质的原材料,配合合理的铁水球化和孕育工艺,使模板具有优异的球化率(90%以上)和适量的珠光体数量,可使疲劳强度达到250 MPa以上。
In order to improve the fatigue strength of super large ductile iron mold,high quality raw materials,such as pig iron,scrap steel,spheroidizing agent and carburizing agent,etc.,are selected,and synthetic ductile iron melting technology and strict prefurnace control are applied. Based on the fatigue performance of casting block test,mechanical property test and microstructure examination,the results showed that using high quality raw materials,with reasonable molten iron spheroidization and inoculation process made mold obtain excellent spheroidization rate(90%)and the right amount of pearlite amount,so as to improve the fatigue strength to above 250 MPa.
