摘要
发动机台架试验中传动轴用于连接测功机和发动机,其设计直接关系试验精度和试验安全,针对发动机台架试验传动轴设计与匹配的实际要求,建立测功机与发动机双质量系统模型,计算了扭转振动和临界转速,分析了弹性传动轴的特点和设计要求,从静态和动态上设计和匹配了一种弹性联轴器传动轴,使其发生扭转振动的临界转速在发动机怠速转速以下,避免了整个试验台架系统发生不良扭转现象,为发动机台架试验中弹性传动轴设计和匹配提供了方法和参考。
Power shaft is used to connect the engine and dyno in an engine test bench. The design quality of shaft is directly related to the test results and safety. From the request of designing and matching the power shaft,the two mass system model of dyno and engine system was built. The torsional vibration and critical speed were calculated and the characteristics and design requirements of elastic shaft were analyzed. An elastic shaft was designed and matched to make sure the critical speed is under the engine idle speed,which avoids the torsional vibration in the test bench system. It gives the method and reference to the design and matching of elastic Shaft in the engine bench test.
