胶体聚结高效脱除污酸中汞的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 污酸中的汞主要以颗粒、胶体和离子三种形态存在,其中以胶体态的汞最难去除,M201脱汞剂依靠胶体聚结技术,可实现污酸中胶体态汞的高效脱除,当m(M201)∶m(Hg)=10∶1,混合时间15 min,混合温度30℃,气浮柱通气时间15 min,给气速率0.25 m^3/L,酸度13.86%时,可将污酸中汞的残余浓度降至0.021 mg/L,可达标排放。 There are three forms of mercury in waste acid, which are particle, colloid and ion. Colloidal mer- cury is the most difficult one to remove. Mercury removal agent M201 can remove mercury in waste acid with high efficiency based on colloidal coalesence technology. When quality ratio for M201 and mercury is 10: 1, mixing time is 15 minutes, mixing temperature is 30℃ , ventilation time for air-float column is 15 minutes, gas supply rate is 3 0.25 m /L, acidity is 13.86%, the residual concentration for mercury in waste acid purified is 0. 021 mg/L, which reaches the standard for discharge.
