病例分析题在病理生理学考试改革中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在病理生理学期末考试单项选择题中加入病例分析题对考查学生应用能力的作用。方法选取遵义医学院珠海校区2015级五年制临床医学专业1~4班共195名本科生作为研究对象,所有研究对象均由相同教师进行授课,授课结束后进行考试。试卷由A、B卷组成,试卷前10道单项选择题为本研究的测试题,测试题中包含题干不同而选项相同的病例分析型和常规记忆型单项选择题,通过对比学生的得分,分析学生对知识的应用能力。结果学生病例分析型单项选择题的得分比常规记忆型单项选择题得分低,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论病例分析型单项选择题难度比常规记忆型单项选择题高,可以检测学生对所学知识的应用能力,有助于提高学生的综合素质。 Objective To explore the role of adding the questions containing case analysis in the final exam of pathophysiology on testing students' practice ability. In order to achieve the teaching goal of pathophysiology, some questions containing clinical case were added in the final exam to test students' practice ability. Methods 195 undergraduates from class 1 to class 4 grade 2015 specializing in clinical medicine in Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical University were selected. All students were taught by the same teacher, and the exam was conducted after the lecture. The exam paper was composed of A and B volumes. The frst 10 single-choice questions in the test paper were the test questions for this study. The test questions contained the same options but two types of questions-stems case analysis and conventional memory type.We analyzed students' practice ability by comparing the score of different questions-stems. Results The score of single-choice questions of case analysis type was lower than that of conventional memory type, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Case analysis type single-choice questions are more diffcult than that of conventional memory type. In addition, the questions containing case analysis can test the students' practice ability and help to cultivate students' comprehensive quality.
