摘要
目的为改变护理临床实习教学管理现状,探讨护理临床实习教学模式改进后的教学效果。方法选取我院2016年8月—2018年4月实习的200名护生作为研究对象。所有护生均于老年病科实习。采用随机数字表法,将所有护生分为对照组和观察组,每组各100名。分别采用传统带教模式和PBL教学模式对两组护生进行带教管理。对两组护生进行理论知识、技能操作进行考核,采用自制满意度量表调查护生的带教满意度,对比两组护生护理质量(每组服务态度差、违规次数、护理差错次数)。结果观察组理论及操作总评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组教学满意度为92%,对照组教学满意较低仅有74%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组护生护理质量对比,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为改变护理临床实习带教现状,采用PBL教学模式可有效开发护生自主学习兴趣,提高教学效果和带教满意度的同时也可增加护生的护理质量。
Objective To change the current situation of teaching management of nursing clinical practice, and to e xplore the teaching effect after improvement of nursing clinical practice teaching mode. Methods 200 nursing students in our hospital from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected as research subjects. All nursing students were practiced in geriatrics department. Using random number table method, all nursing students were divided into control group and observation group, 100 students in each group. Two groups of nursing students were taught by traditional teaching mode and PBL teaching mode respectively. Two groups of nursing students were assessed with theoretical knowledge and skills. Self-made satisfaction scale was used to investigate nursing students' teaching satisfaction, and the nursing quality of the two groups was compared (each group had poor service attitude, the number of violations, the number of nursing errors). Results The total score of theory and operation in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The teaching satisfaction of observation group was 92%, while that of control group was only 74%. The difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The nursing quality of the two groups was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion For the change of clinical practice in nursing teaching present situation, the PBL teaching mode can effectively develop nursing students autonomous learning interest and improve teaching effect and teaching satisfaction at the same time also can increase the quality of care nurses.
