临床医学教育中循证医学思维方法的应用研究 被引量:16

摘要 文章利用文献综述、研究法,分析了存在于当前临床医学教育问题,以及在在国内外医学领域的发展状况,阐述了应用循证医学思维方法的优势特色,结果发现,将循证医学思维方法应用于临床医学教育中,可以实现对于其教育积极及主动性,便于培养学生思维能力,以及学生增加对医学知识的兴趣度。所以在进行临床医学教育时,应当充分利用循证医学思维方法,便于获得在临床教育中推广应用,获得内容及方法上新的变革,增加对医学知识的兴趣度,改善患者生活质量,具有临床应用价值。 In this paper, using literature review, study method, analyzes on the problems existed in current clinical medicine education, as well as the development of medical feld both at home and abroad, this paper expounds the application of evidence-based medicine advantage feature of thinking method, the results found that the thinking methods of evidence-based medicine (EBM) was applied to clinical medicine education, can realize to the education actively and initiative, to cultivate students' thinking ability, and increase student's interest in medical knowledge. So in clinical medical education, it shall make full use of the thinking methods of evidence-based medicine (EBM), accessible in clinical popularization and application in education, get the content and methods on the new change, increase the degree of interest in medical knowledge, improve patients quality of life.
