摘要 南海某油田的一条已完工的12″/18″双层混输海底管线被渔网拖拉变形,海管严重偏离原后调查路由并向相反方向弯曲,受损海管需要进行修复,否则将影响油田投产。文中通过某油田海管修复过程中的拖拉分析、切割回收等修复技术的实际应用,梳理、总结,吸取有益的经验,为往后类似项目提供借鉴。 A completed 12"/18" double-deck submarine pipeline in an oilfield in the South China Sea was dragged and deformed by the fishing net. The sea pipe seriously deviated from the original route and curved in the opposite direction. The damaged sea pipe needs to be repaired, otherwise it will affect the oilfield production. This paper summarizes the useful experience through the practical application of the repair technology such as drag analysis and cutting recovery in the repair process of an oilfield sea pipe, and provides reference for similar projects.
