思维导图教学法在临床护理教学中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析思维导图教学法在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月102名护理专业学生作为研究对象,将所有学生随机分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51)。对照组学生实施常规的临床护理教学方法,观察组学生在常规临床护理教学的基础上,实施思维导图的临床护理教学方法,比较两组学生的临床护理技能考核评分和对临床护理教学的满意度。结果两组学生护理教学后,对照组学生的静脉输液技术评分为(72.3±4.7)分、无菌技术评分为(75.1±2.5)分,观察组分别为(91.5±1.8)分、(90.7±1.6)分,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组学生的满意度为82.4%,观察组学生的满意度为96.1%,观察组优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论思维导图教学法应用于临床护理教学中,可显著提高学生的护理技巧,且学生对教学的满意度也明显提高。 Objective To analyze the effect of the teaching method of mind map in clinical nursing teaching. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017, 102 nursing students were randomly divided into observation group (n=51) and control group (n=51). Students in the control group received routine clinical nursing teaching methods. On the basis of routine clinical nursing teaching, the students in the observation group implemented the clinical nursing teaching method of mind mapping. The scores of clinical nursing skills and the satisfaction of clinical nursing teaching between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing teaching, the scores of intravenous infusion technique and aseptic technique in the control group were (72.3±4.7) points and (75.1±2.5) points respectively. The observation group was (91.5±1.8) points and (90.7±1.6) points respectively. The observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the control group was 82.4%. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.1%. The observation group was better than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of mind map teaching method in clinical nursing teaching can signifcantly improve students' nursing skills, and students' satisfaction to teaching is also signifcantly improved.
