摘要
作为上海市政府支持新建的本科院校,上海健康医学院在建设具有全科医学特色的临床医学人才培养模式方面进行了探索。人才培养方案遵循"以岗位胜任力为导向"的设计理念;实施过程中以问题为导向,基于器官系统进行基础临床课程整合;重视临床思维和临床技能的培养,进行"早期临床、全程临床、反复临床"的实践;依托医院-社区联盟化教学基地群,加强全科医学师资培训;医学人文精神、职业素养的培养贯穿全程。把全科医学理念和能力融入本科人才培养计划中。为毕业后全科医师规范化培训打下坚实的基础。
