摘要
高职院校和企业在就业方面的合作主要包括校园招聘、人才培养和培训、顶岗实习3个方面。其中校园招聘是校企合作的起点和重点,人才培养和培训是合作的深化,顶岗实习则作为从学生到职业人角色转化的重要环节,是校企合作成果的收获阶段。只有合作相关各方在这3方面的相关诉求都得到满足,合作才是可持续的,才能有效地提升毕业生就业质量。
The cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in the employment mainly involved three aspects which are campus recruitment, talent training and training, post practice. Campus recruitment is the starting and key point among them.The training and cultivation of talent is the deepening of cooperation.As an important link from students to professional roles, the post internship is the harvest stage of the achievements of school enterprise cooperation. Only to meet the demand of the relevant parties in these three aspect, the cooperation would besustainable andthe quality of graduates employment also would be effectively improved.
