摘要
实施乡村振兴战略是我国为适应新时代中国特色社会主义建设需要所做出的重大决策。放眼乡村的发展,重视乡土文化的传承必定是乡村兴盛的应有之举。对于乡土文化的传承,乡村学校具有其他任何方式都无法比拟的作用。然而当前乡土文化传承面临着乡土文化价值被弱化,教师学生对乡土的逃离,学校教育传承乡土文化的功能弱化,乡土教育与应试教育的角逐势单力薄,教育内容、教学目标城市化等困境。因此,要培养学生理性的价值观,组建乡土情怀的教师队伍,保护好现存乡村学校,改变教学评价机制,编写乡土教材增开校本课程等,在乡村振兴战略下为乡村学校对乡土文化的传承找到方向。
The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is a major decision our party has made to meet the needs of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics in a new era. Looking at the development of rural areas and paying attention to the inheritance of local culture must be the proper way for rural prosperity. For the inheritance of local euhure, rural schools have no other way to compare. However, the inheritance of local culture is facing the weakening of local cultural values, the escaping of teachers and students fl'om rural areas, the weakening of the function of school education in inheriting local culture, the weak competition between local education and exam-oriented education, and the dilemma of educational content and urbanization of teaching goals. The reason can be found. It is neeessary to cultivate rational values for students, build up a team of teachers with local feelings, protect existing rural schools, change teaching evaluation mechanisms, write local textbooks and open school-based curriculum, and find the direction of rural schools for the inheritance of local euhure under the strategy of rural revitalization.
