摘要
本文就如何简化操作及缩短实验时间进行了一系列的讨论将探究型实验共沉淀法制备纳米四氧化三铁改进为验证型学生实验。将水浴温度控制在40~60℃且反应时间为10 min,则可以不用水浴锅和磁力搅拌器直接在烧杯中进行既有效的简化了实验条件又相对安全;采用反向沉淀法,能得到较为细小的四氧化三铁粉末;将反应的pH调整到10左右来进行并且洗涤后在50℃水浴下沉淀,可以使沉淀速度加快,以确保反应在有效实验时间内完成。
In this paper, a series of discussions on how to simplify the operation and to shorten the experimental time had been discussed. The experimental coprecipitation method for the preparation of nano Fe3O4 had been improved into a validated student experiment. If the temperature of water bath was controlled at 40-60 ℃ and the reaction time was 10 min, it could be carried out directly in beaker without water bath pot and magnetic agitator. The experimental conditions were simplified and relatively safe. A relatively small Fe3O4 powder could be obtained by reverse precipitation. The pH of the reaction was adjusted to about 10 and precipitated in 50 ℃ water bath after washing; the precipitation rate was accelerated to ensure that the experiment was completed within the effective experimental time.
