摘要
近期澳大利亚一再制造事端挑战中国利益,给中澳两国间的交往造成极大损害。澳大利亚对华政策上的失误主要是由于该国尚未适应中国快速发展,看待中澳关系仍然带有冷战思维和意识形态色彩因素造成的。澳大利亚对中国发展产生的矛盾纠结心态尽管会持续较长一段时间,但也只是阶段性、暂时性的必经过程。因此,中国应该在"南海"、"达赖"、"台湾"等涉及国家重大或核心利益的问题上坚守原则底线,而在其他局部议题上采取适度权衡取舍的灵活策略,以防止和避免出现因两国关系恶化导致中国利益受害的情况,从而为民族复兴的奋斗目标营造良好的周边环境和外部条件。
Recently Australia has repeatedly stirred up trouble to challenge China's interests,causing great damage to relations between the two countries.These missteps are attributable to its inability to adjust to China's rapid development and the ideologically-slanted Cold War mentality toward China-Australia relations.Although Australia will continue to feel conflicted about China for some time to come,this process is eventually likely to be transitory and temporal.Given this,while China must stick to the bottom line on core issues such as the South China Sea,Tibet and Taiwan,it must prevent any possible worsening in bilateral relations from harming its interests by adopting flexible and more balanced approaches on other issues,so as to create desirable external conditions for its national rejuvenation.
