摘要 规培生教育不仅要注重临床理论与技能实践,更要重视医学人文教育。本文结合急诊科临床实际与教学特点,探讨急诊科规培教学的医学人文教育的具体内容和方法,指导急诊科规培生的医学人文教学。急诊规培生的人文教育,有助于培养规培生的医学人文品质,提升急诊科住院医师规范化培训的教学质量,利于培养出合格的住院医师,为规培生今后的临床工作奠定良好的人文基础。 The regulation of education for resident training should not only pay attention to clinical theory and practice,but also attach importance to medical humanities education.Based on the clinical practice and teaching characteristics of the emergency department,this paper discusses the specific contents and methods of medical humanistic education in the teaching of emergency department,and directs the medical humanistic teaching of the emergency department.The humanistic education of emergency regulation is helpful to cultivate the medical humanistic quality of the regulations and improve the teaching quality of the standardized training of residents in the emergency department.It is beneficial to cultivate qualified residents and lay agood foundation for the future clinical work.
