摘要
目的研究动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)后再出血与内皮素多态性的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2017年6月本院就诊的aSAH患者95例,提取DNA,采用Taqman探针技术检测内皮素1基因SNP位点rs1800541、rs2070699、rs5370的多态性,内皮素1受体A基因SNP位点rs1801708、rs5333、rs5335的多态性,内皮素1受体B基因SNP位点rs38416、rs5351的多态性。结果再出血组与未再出血组患者基本情况差异无统计学意义,与疾病相关情况分析结果显示,动脉瘤大小及Hunt-Hess等级评分在两组间差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.031和0.036)。基因多态性分析结果显示,仅rs2070699和rs1801708未达到Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,在控制混杂因素的情况下,rs2070699和rs1801708与再出血有关。结论内皮素多态性与sSAH后再出血相关。
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between endothelin polymorphisms and cerebral aneurysm rebleeding following aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH).MethodWe enrolled aSAH patients treated in our hospital from 2015 January to 2017 June. Blood samples were used to extracted DNA. Common endothelin SNPs detected using Taqman genotyping assays [SNPs END1 (rs1800541, rs2070699, rs5370), ENDRA (rs1801708, rs5333, rs5335), and ENDRB (rs3818416, rs5351)]. T-test, Chi-square, and Wilcoxon rank sum were carried to analyse data. Results There is no significant difference of basic characteristics between two groups (rebleeding, non-rebleeding). The differences of aneurysm size and Hunt-Hess grade between two groups are significant (P values are 0.031 and 0.036 respectively). rs2070699 and rs1801708 are not in Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium. Multivariable Logistic regression shows rs2070699 and rs1801708 are related to cerebral aneurysm rebleeding following aSAH after controlling confounding factors. ConclusionEndothelin polymorphisms are related to cerebral aneurysm rebleeding following aSAH.
