摘要
分析了电子束在加速电场中的运动规律,验证了电子束在较短距离加速后不会出现散焦情况。对12脉波整流电路进行MATLAB仿真分析,最终确定采用中频同步发电机和12脉波整流电路相结合的方式来减小电源纹波系数。采用电阻分压器进行电压测量,保证测量数据的精准性。在此基础上研制出的高压直流电源能够实现90kV/15 kW的稳定输出,在不同电压等级下的输出误差均满足电子束焊接的要求。
It analyzed the motion law of electron beam in accelerating field theoretically in this paper, and the situation that the electron beam does not appear defocus in a shorter distance acceleration was veri- fied. The 12-pulse rectifier circuit was simulation analyzed in MATLAB. A combination of frequency syn- chronous generator and 12-pulse rectifier circuit were uhimately determined to reduce the power lines wave factor. That using resistive divider for voltage measurement can ensure the accuracy of measurement data. The high-vohage DC power supply developed on this basis can stabilize output 90 kV/15 kW, the output errors can meet the requirements of electron beam welding at different voltage levels.
