摘要
本试验的目的在于通过策勒黑羊与吐鲁番黑羊杂交F1代早期生长性能的分析,掌握策吐杂交一代的生长性能,为新品系(种)的培育提供理论依据。本试验利用生物统计的方法对225只策勒黑羊与吐鲁番黑羊杂交F1代羔羊30 d、60 d、90 d和120 d的体重、体高、体长、胸宽、胸深、管围、脂臀长、脂臀宽、脂臀厚等指标测定数据进行分析。结果表明,杂交F1代羔羊120 d的各项指标均显著高于30 d、60 d、90 d (P<0.05),其中,体重、体高、体长、胸宽、胸深、胸围、管围、脂臀宽、脂臀厚极显著高于30 d、60 d、90 d(P<0.01),60 d、90 d的各项指标之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。
To provide theory reference to cultivating new strains (species), the paper analyzed the early growth performance of hybridization F1 originating from black sheep from Cele and Turpan, and learnt their performance. The index measurement data of lambs of hybridization F1 of 30 d, 60 d, 90 d and 120 d from 225 black sheep from Cele and Turpan, such as weight, body height and length, chest width and depth, cannon circumference, fat butt length, fat hip width and fat butt thickness, were analyzed by biostatistics. It turned out that, all index for the lambs of 120 d is higher than that of 30 d,60 d and 90 d(P〈0.05), especially, the weight, body height and length, chest width and depth, cannon circumference, fat butt length, fat hip width and fat butt thickness are obviously higher than that of 30 d,60 d and 90 d (P〈0.01), and the index for 60 d and 90 d is similar(P〉0.05).
