摘要
目前几乎所有的国内牧场均采取了挤奶前消毒奶牛乳房及乳头、挤奶后药浴乳头的方法。常用的消毒剂有过氧化物类、碱类、碘与碘化物、含氯化合物、季铵盐类等。通过对乳房及乳头的前消毒,抑制或杀灭病原微生物,降低挤奶操作带入牛奶中的微生物数量,提高牛奶的质量水平。通过试验二氧化氯在奶牛乳头前药浴中的应用,比较二氧化氯和碘与碘化物对微生物的杀灭效果等,探讨其在挤奶时奶牛乳头前药浴的安全性、有效性和经济性。
Abstrac：At present, almost all domestic pastures have adopted the method of sterilizing milk cows ＇breasts and nipples before milking, and bathing nipples after milking. Commonly used disinfectants include peroxides, alkalis, iodine and iodide, chlorine-containing compounds, and quaternary ammonium salts. By sterilizing the breast and nipple, inhibiting or killing pathogenic microorganisms, reducing the number of microorganisms brought into the milk by milking operations, and improving the quality of milk. By testing the application of chlorine dioxide in the milk cow＇s front nipple medicine bath, comparing the killing effect of chlorine dioxide, iodine and iodide on microorganisms, the safety, effectiveness and economy of the milk cow＇s front nipple medicine bath were discussed.
