再生粗骨料旧砂浆附着率对混凝土硫酸盐侵蚀性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用不同再生骨料替代率及砂浆附着率的再生骨料制备C30混凝土,研究再生骨料旧砂浆附着率对混凝土抗压强度和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能影响,并利用显微硬度计量化表征再生混凝土老骨料-新砂浆、老骨料-老砂浆及老砂浆-新砂浆界面过渡区显微硬度和界面过渡区宽度。结果表明,随着再生骨料旧砂浆附着率增加,混凝土抗压强度和抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力均呈下降趋势;再生混凝土中老砂浆-新砂浆界面过渡区抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能最优,老骨料-老砂浆界面次之,老骨料-新砂浆界面最差。 The C30 concrete was prepared using recycled coarse aggregates with different old mortar adhesion rates to study the compressive strength and sulfate resistance performance of concrete with old mortar adhering to recycled aggregate. In addition, micro hardness tester was used to analyze the hardness of the interface transition area between the old concrete aggregateand the new mortar, the old aggregate and the old mortar and the old mortarandthe new mortar. The results show that the compressive strength and sulfate resistance of concrete decreases with the increase of the old mortar adhesion rate of reclaimed aggregates. The interface between the old mortar and the new mortar is the best in the resistance to sulfate erosion, which is followed by the old aggregate and the old mortar. And the old aggregate and new mortar interface transition zone is the worst.
