摘要
目的:考察目前市售两头尖的质量状况。方法:在市场上购买了14批不同批次的两头尖。本次实验主要参考了《中国药典》2015版。分别从两头尖的性状,显微鉴别、薄层鉴别,水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物,含量测定等项进行质量分析。结果:购买14批两头尖,其性状,显微、薄层鉴别结果均符合药典规定;两头尖的水分在8.13%-9.72%左右,总灰分在4.37%-6.05%左右,酸不溶性灰分在1.5%左右,醇溶性浸出物均都大于12.0%,含量在0.15%-0.33%之间,有个别批次两头尖药材的质量未达到药典标准。结论:目前市场上销售的两头尖含量相差较大,需要进行把控。
To investigate the quality of Anemone raddeana Regel of the market.Methods：14 batches of Anemone raddeana Regel were purchased from the market.This experiment refers to the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The quality of the characters,microscopic identification,TLC identification,moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash,alcohol soluble extractand the determination of the content of Anemone raddeana Regel were analyzed respectively.Results：The results of the 14 batches of Anemone raddeana Regel were in accordance with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia,and the water content of most two head tips was about 9%,the total ash content was about 5%,the acid insoluble ash was about 1.5%,the alcohol soluble extract was more than 12%,which was basically consistent with the 2015 edition of China Pharmacopoeia.Only a few batches of medicinal materials of Anemone raddeana Regel were not up to the pharmacopoeia standard.Conclusion：There is not much difference in the quality of the Anemone raddeana Regel sold in the market.
