摘要
目的观察中药超声电导治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效,探索中药不同途径外用治疗膝骨性关节炎的新方法。方法选取自2015年5月至2016年7月我科门诊治疗的风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎患者152例,随机分成超声电导组、中药外敷组、骨友灵组,超声电导组(51例)采用自拟中药超声电导治疗,中药外敷组(49例)采用自拟中药外敷治疗,骨友灵组(52例)采用骨友灵擦剂纱布外敷,分别观察3组治疗前后不同时点症状和体征评分及临床疗效。结果超声电导组VAS评分、WOMAC评分(疼痛、日常活动及总分)、中医证候评分与中药外敷组和骨友灵组比较差异有统计学意义;超声电导组有效率94.1%,中药外敷组有效率87.8%,骨友灵组有效率92.3%,3组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义。结论中药超声电导治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切,是一种简单、有效的方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effects on knee osteoarthritis(KOA) treated with ultrasound conductance of Chinese herbal medicine and explore the new therapeutic method for the different approaches to the external application of Chinese herbal medicines. Methods From May 2015 to July 2016,152 patients of KOA of wind-cold-damp obstruction type in our clinic were randomized into an ultrasound conductance group,an external application group and a guyouling group. In the ultrasound conductance group(51 cases),the ultrasound conductance with the self-prepared herbal medicine was used. In the external application group(49 cases),the self-prepared herbal medicine was used for the external application. In the guyouling group(52 cases),guyouling liniment was used for the external application. Before and after treatment,the scores of symptoms and physical signs as well as the clinical effects were observed in the three groups. Results The variance analysis showed that VAS score,WOMAC score(pain,the daily life activity and the total score) and TCM symptom score in the ultrasound conductance group were different significantly as compared with the external application group and the guyouling group. The effective rate was 94. 1% in the ultrasound conductance group,87. 8%in the external application group and 92. 3% in the guyouling group,without indicating the significant difference in comparison among the three groups. Conclusion The ultrasound conductance with the self-prepared Chinese herbal medicine achieves the definite therapeutic effects on KOA. It is the simple and effective method.
