摘要
目的探讨经胸超声引导外科微创封堵治疗先天性心脏病的护理研究及对患者心功能指标的影响。方法选取2017年1—12月期间于本院接受经胸超声引导外科微创封堵治疗先天性心脏病患者90例,按照数字表法随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上进行加强护理干预。对比两组心功能指标改善情况及护理满意度。结果干预前两组心功能指标无明显差异(P<0.05),干预后研究组心功能指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)其护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经胸超声引导外科微创封堵治疗先天性心脏病患者临床治疗中,加强护理干预能够有效改善患者心功能指标,提升护理满意度,应当在临床中广泛推广和应用。
Objective To explore the study on the nursing for the patients received minimally invasive transthoracic device clsure of congenital heart defects and its influence on cardiac function index. Methods 90 cases of patients received minimally invasive transthoracic device clsure of congenital heart defects in our hospitalduring January 2017 and December 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the random table method. The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group strengthened the nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The improvement of cardiac function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The difference of cardiac function indexes between the two groups was not statistically significant before intervention（ P 〉0.05）.After intervention the improvement of cardiac function index in study group was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）. and the nursing satisfaction in study group was better than the control group too（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions During the treatment of minimally invasive transthoracic device clsure of congenital heart defects,strengthening the nursing intervention can effectively improve cardiac function indexes and satisfaction of patients,it should be widely promotion and application in clinical.
