摘要
目的:分析止咳平喘汤对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平、小气道功能影响及疗效。方法:小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者89例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用特布他林联合孟鲁司特治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合止咳平喘汤治疗。观察两组患儿治疗后咳嗽症状缓解、消失时间,咳嗽症状评分、小气道功能指标、SAA、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)及白介素-13(IL-13)水平变化情况。结果:观察组患儿咳嗽症状缓解、消失时间均短于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组患儿治疗后日间和夜间咳嗽频率、程度均较治疗前改善,观察组患儿日间和夜间咳嗽频率、程度均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组患儿治疗后SAA、EOS及IL-13水平均较治疗前下降,观察组患儿治疗后SAA、EOS及IL-13水平均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。对照组患儿治疗前后小气道功能指标水平比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后小气道功能指标水平优于治疗前。结论:止咳平喘汤可减轻咳嗽变异性哮喘小儿咳嗽症状,降低患儿SAA、EOS水平,改善患儿小气道功能。
Objective: To analyze the influence of Zhike Pingchuan Decoction on cough variant asthma serum amyloid A protein( SAA) level,small airway function and therapeutic effects. Methods: 89 cases of infantile cough variant asthma patients,according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with terbutaline combined with montelukast treatment and the observation group based on the treatment in the control group combined Zhike Pingchuan Decoction. We observed two groups' symptoms disappear time,cough symptom score,SAA index,small airway function,eosinophil( EOS) and interleukin-13( IL-13) level changes. Results: The remission and disappearance time of cough symptoms in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group( P 〈0. 05). The two groups' daytime and nighttime cough frequency after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment. The observation group's daytime and nighttime cough frequency were better than those of the control group( P〈 0. 05). The two groups' SAA,EOS and IL-13 levels after treatment were lower than those before treatment. The observation group's SAA,EOS and IL-13 after treatment were lower than those of the control group( P 〈0. 05). The control group's small airway function indexes before and after treatment in children had no significant difference( P〉 0. 05). We observed the small airway function was better than that of treatment groups after treatment.Conclusion: Zhike Pingchuan Decoction can relieve cough in children with cough variant asthma symptoms,reduce the patients' SAA and EOS levels and improve small airway function in children.
