摘要
TOD是以公共交通为导向的开发模式,是新城市主义最具代表性的模式之一。TOD是可持续发展的开发模式。成都18号线是以TOD模式设计的交通枢纽综合体,该文以此为例,通过对方案的设计理念、设计要点阐述,详细解析在TOD背景下的城市轨道交通大型枢纽站综合体建设工程。
TOD is a public transpor toriented development mode, which is one of the most representative modes for new urbanism. TOD is a sustainable development mode. Chengdu line 18 is a transportation junction complex according to the design of TOD mode. Based on this example, according to the elaboration on design concept and design essentials of program, we detailedly analyze the construction project of urban railway transportation large scale junction complex under the background of TOD.
