摘要
目的:观察蜡疗加中药封包外敷对先天性肌性斜颈患儿的影响。方法:将先天性肌性斜颈患儿40例随机分为基础康复组、中药封包外敷组各20例。基础康复组采用传统中医推拿牵拉疗法,中药封包外敷组在基础康复治疗基础上加用蜡疗及中药封包外敷方法。每次治疗30分钟,1次/d,每周6次,1个月为1疗程。观察第1日治疗年龄、胸锁乳突肌肿块厚度、头部倾斜度、面部不对称、头后部不对称等相关因素与治疗天数间的关系。结果:基础康复组治疗天数为(87. 10±23. 21)天,中药封包外敷组为(62. 78±15. 43)天,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。患儿第1日治疗年龄及胸锁乳突肌肿块厚度与治疗时间有相关性(P<0. 05)。MFS评分治疗后中药封包外敷组较基础康复组低(P<0. 05)。结论:中药封包外敷组较基础康复组治疗时间短,患儿患侧颈部肌肉功能恢复更快。
Objective： To survey the effects of keroptherapy and herbal package on the children sufferingcongenital muscular torticollis. Methods： Forty children were randomized into basic rehabilitation group and thegroup of herbal package for external use, 20 case each group. Basic rehabilitation group adopted traditional massageand traction therapy, the group of herbal package for external use keroptherapy and herbal package for externalapplication on the foundation of basic rehabilitation, 30 minutes each time, once each day, six times each week, onemonth was one course, the connections between the days of treating and the related factors including posterior headasymmetry, face asymmetry, head tilt, mass thickness of sternocleidomastoid muscle and the age of the patients atthe first day they were treated were observed. Results： The days of treating of basic rehabilitation group were（87.10依23.21） days, and the days of the group of herbal package for external use were （62.78依15.43） days, and thedifference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The age of the patients at the first day they were treated was related tomass thickness of sternocleidomastoid muscle and the time of treating（P〈0.05）, the group of herbal package forexternal use was lower than basic rehabilitation group in MFS scores after treating（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The groupof herbal package for external use is shorter than basic rehabilitation group in the time of treating, functionalrecovery of musculi colli of the children is more rapid.
