模拟一次地震山西灾区直接损失评估

Simulating an earthquake and assessing direct loss in stricken areas in Shanxi

摘要 模拟山西临省发生一次M6. 5级地震,山西省地震局在山西省委、省政府及中国地震局的指导下进行地震损失评估。综合分析本次地震的发震断裂、震区的地质构造特点、震区地质灾害分布区,给出预评估烈度及范围,震区地震灾害分布带。灾评组深入震区调查灾害,评估民房和教育、卫生及其他公用用房;生命线系统工程结构;室内财产;企业经济;次生灾害损失;评估区外经济等各种损失情况,综合各项损失内容获得直接经济损失总值。 A M6. 5-magnitude earthquake occurred in the simulated Shanxi province. The Seismological Bureau of Shanxi Province conducted an earthquake loss assessment under the guidance of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee,the Provincial Government,and the China Earthquake Administration. Comprehensive analysis of the seismogenic faults of this earthquake,the characteristics of the geological structure in the earthquake area,and the distribution of geological hazards in the earthquake area,the pre-evaluation intensity and scope,and the seismic hazard distribution zone in the earthquake area. The disaster assessment team went deep into the earthquake area to investigate disasters,assess residential and education,sanitation and other public housing,lifeline system engineering structure,indoor property,corporate economy,secondary disaster losses,the total value of direct economic losses is obtained by integrating all losses.
