摘要
以云南某职业技术学院为例,分析项目总预算,并从决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段、工程成本阶段、施工阶段和验收阶段等六个阶段进行全面成本控制,总结出该建设项目的经验教训,希望对同类型项目的成本控制起到一定的作用。
For example,some of the Yunnan vocational and technical college,we analyzed the total budget of the project,and carried out total cost control from six stages,like decision-making stage,design stage,tendering stage,construction cost stage,building stage,and acceptance stage etc.,are summarized the experience and lessons about this construction project. We also hope that it can play a role in the same type of project.
