摘要
打造良法善治的医疗保险法治,要明确新时代对医保法治提出的更高要求,明确亟待补齐的法律体系不健全的"短板",积极探索医保法治建设的实现路径,深刻领会全面依法治国的新理念新思想新战略,深刻认识社会主义核心价值观与全面依法治国的关系、增强法治观念与建设法治体系的关系、医保制度改革发展与医保法治体系建设的关系、执法监督检查与医保法治体系建设的关系。
In order to build the rule of law in medical insurance with good law and good governance, we should clarify the higher requirements for the rule of law in medical insurance in the New Era, clarify the ＂short board＂ of the imperfect legal system, actively explore the way to realize the construction of the rule of law in medical insurance, deeply understand the new concept, new thought and new strategy of the rule of law in an all-round way. We should have a deep understanding of the four relationships： socialist core values and the overall rule of law, strengthening the concept of the rule of law and the construction of the rule of law system, the reform and development of the medical insurance system and the construction of the rule of law system, supervision ＆ inspection and the construction of medical insurance legal system.
