摘要
通过不同波长来测定食品中高含量钾的方法改进。试验表明,使用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食品中钾时,高含量样品在波长766.5 nm测定时需要稀释较多倍数才能完成测定,而在波长404.4nm测定时,则无需稀释或稀释较少。该方法改进简便、快速,样品加标回收率在95%~105%之间,采用国家一级标准物质胡萝卜(GBW10047)和芹菜(GBW10048)进行验证,结果满意。
The method of determination of high potassium content in food was improved by different wavelengths. The test shows that when the potassium in food is determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the high content of the sample in the wavelength 766.5 nm needs to be diluted more to complete the determination, but when the wavelength is 404.4 nm, it does not need to be diluted or diluted. The method was improved easily and quickly. The recovery rate of the sample was 90 %~105 %, and the national standard material carrot (GBW10047) and celery (GBW10048) were used to verify the method. The results were satisfactory.
