摘要
目的探讨布地奈德混悬液联合抗生素治疗小儿急性中耳炎的效果。方法 100例小儿急性中耳炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患儿采用抗生素进行治疗,观察组使用布地奈德混悬液配合抗生素进行治疗,观察比较两组患儿治疗后的起效时间、住院时间以及临床症状(耳痛、听力下降、眩晕)评分。结果经过治疗后,观察组的起效时间(8.33±2.44)h和住院时间(4.62±1.38)d均明显短于对照组的(12.45±4.62)h和(7.34±2.12)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的耳痛评分(1.38±0.26)分、听力下降评分(1.45±0.44)分以及眩晕评分(1.39±0.41)分均明显低于对照组的(2.11±0.46)分、(2.03±0.76)分以及(1.86±0.99)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将布地奈德混悬液联合抗生素运用于小儿急性中耳炎患儿的治疗中,对患儿疾病的改善具有良好的效果,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Budesonide Suspension combined with antibiotics in the treatment of children with acute otitis media. Methods A total of 100 children with acute otitis media were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Children in the control group was treated with antibiotics, children in the observation group was treated with Budesonide Suspension combined with antibiotics. The onset time after treatment, length of stay and clinical symptoms （earache, hearing loss, vertigo） scores between the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the onset time and length of stay in the observation group were （8.33±2.44） h and （4.62±1.38） d respectively, which were significantly shorter than （12.45±4.62） h and （7.34± 2.12） d of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈O.05）. The scores of earache, hearing loss and vertigo in the observation group were （1.38±0.26） scores, （1.45±0.44） scores and （1.39±0.41） scores respectively, which were significantly lower than （2.11±0.46） scores, （2.03±0.76） scores and （1.86±0.99） scores in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈O.05）.Conclusion The application of Budesonide Suspension combined with antibiotics in the treatment of children with acute otitis media, the improvement of children＇ s disease has a good effect, it is worth promoting.
