干旱胁迫对闽楠幼苗的生长和生理特性的影响 被引量:30

摘要 以2015年3月培育的闽楠实生幼苗为试验材料,研究不同干旱胁迫条件下对闽楠幼苗生长和生理生化特性的影响,探讨闽楠幼苗对不同土壤水分条件的反应和适应能力,了解该树种的抗旱性及其抗旱机理。结果显示:随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧和干旱胁迫时间的延长,闽楠幼苗的苗高、地径、根、茎、叶的生物量逐渐减少;相对含水量也在逐渐减少,处理60 d,T3组比CK组显著下降了32.61%;脯氨酸含量整体呈上升趋势,处理60 d,T1、T2、T3组分别比CK组上升了309.47%、528.18%和747.41%;可溶性蛋白、叶绿素含量和保护酶POD、SOD、CAT的活性整体呈先上升后下降的趋势;丙二醛含量整体呈缓慢上升趋势。表明在一定程度的干旱胁迫条件下,闽楠幼苗可以通过自身的保护酶系统和渗透调节物质来适应干旱逆境,并对干旱逆境有一定的适应性。 This article is a study on the physiology and biochemistry about the seedlings of the Phoebe bournei. It's use the seedlings of the Phoebe bourne cultivated on March, 2015 as the material and it took the approach of the weighing method to control the water content of the soil. the study set up the Control group(CK), Light water stress(T1), Middle water stress(T2) and severe water stress(T3).The result shows that with the aggravation of drought stress and with increasing time on the same degree, the water content of the relative organization and the biomass of the height, ground diameter and the root, stem, leaf would be decreasing gradually on the seedlings of the Phoebe bournei; the content of the soluble protein and the content of the Proline show an upward trend on the whole; the chlorophyll content and the enzymatic activity of POD, SOD and CAT show first rise and then decline; the content of the MDA shows first rise and then decline, then slow down. The research shows that under a certain degree of drought stress, the seedlings of the Phoebe bournei could tolerate drought conditions through it's own Protective enzyme system and Osmotic adjustment substance, so the seedlings of the Phoebe bournei has a certain suffertibility to the drought stress.
