摘要
本实验采用超声波辅助提取法,通过正交设计对桑叶中多酚活性物质提取工艺进行优化设计。结果表明,最佳提取条件为30%乙醇、提取时间70 min、超声波温度70℃、固液比1∶35。其中不同桑树品种总多酚物质含量存在显著差异,变幅4.82~18.13 mg/g,其中湖桑32的桑叶总多酚含量最高,为18.13 mg/g,荷叶白1号含量最低,为4.82 mg/g。
The experiment aimed to optimize the extraction technology of polyphenols active ingredients in mulberry leaves, with the ultrasonic assisted extraction method and orthogonal experimental design. The optimum extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 72%, extraction time 70 min, solid-to-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 35 and extraction temperature 70 ℃. The results show that total polyphenols contents were significantly different, ranging from 4.82 to 18.13 mg/g, including the highest total polyphenols of 18.13 mg/g in Husang 32, while the lowest polyphenol contents of 4.82 mg/g was find in Heyebai 1.
