腰椎滑脱患者关节突MRI改变与动力位片的一致性研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨比较腰椎滑脱患者MRI关节突改变与动力位片的一致性。方法选取本院收治的腰椎滑脱症患者60例,记录所有患者在磁共振加权序列上腰椎小关节突周围积液改变,记录所有患者在过屈和过伸位X线片上椎体间滑移距离、腰椎上位椎体下终板与下位椎体上终板角度变化的改变,比较分析两种方法对腰椎滑脱症患者的诊断一致性。结果磁共振T2加权序列小关节突积液改变对于判定腰椎滑脱症患者有意义(P <0.05)。结论可以应用磁共振T2加权序列小关节突积液改变判定腰椎滑脱患者腰椎稳定性的证据。
