摘要
基于计划行为理论和自我效能理论,研究体育参与的态度、体育参与动机和体育参与自我效能感对大学生体育参与的影响.通过随机选择的554名男生和502名女生发放问卷收集数据,相关性分析结果表明,本科生的体育参与态度、动机、自我效能感和体育活动参与度呈正相关.多元回归分析结果表明,动机和自我效能是影响大学生体育参与行为的主要心理因素.因此,教师在教学过程中应该采取差异化的教学方法和标准,合理利用动机迁移.大学管理层应合理规划和组织课程,发展各类体育俱乐部,提高学生的体育参与动机和自我效能感,从而提高大学生体育参与水平.
Based on the theory of planned behavior and self-efficacy, this paper studies the influence, the motivation and the effect of sports participation in self-efficacy, 554 boys and 502 girls were randomly selected to collect questionnaires. The theories of planned behaviour and self-efficacy were used as a theoretical framework. Pearson correlation statistic analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between attitude, motivation, self-efficacy and participation of physical activity among undergraduates. Multivariate regression analysis showed that motivation and self-efficacy were the main psychological factors influencing college students' participation in sports.Therefore, the teachers should adopt differentiated teaching methods and standards, rational use of motivated migration and the university management should reasonably plan and organize of courses to improve the level of college students' physical activity participation.
