摘要
采用水热法制备了Ce掺杂ZnO纳米棒粉体,并对其进行SEM、XRD和紫外吸收光谱测试,研究了不同浓度Ce掺杂对ZnO粉体形貌、组成及光学性能的影响。结果表明:水热法制备的Ce掺杂ZnO粉体具有良好的一维形貌,Zn1-xCexO纳米棒中Ce元素掺杂的极限为0.05,与纯ZnO纳米棒相比,随着稀土元素Ce掺杂浓度的增加,Ce掺杂ZnO纳米棒样品的吸收边向着长波方向移动,同时Ce掺杂ZnO纳米棒样品的光学带隙宽度Eg随着Ce掺杂浓度的增加逐渐变窄,这主要是由于稀土元素Ce掺杂产生的电荷之间相互作用产生多体效应或杂质及缺陷带之间的重叠引起的。
ZnO and Ce doped ZnO nanorods were prepared by hydrothermal method.Effects of Ce doping on the optical properties of ZnO nanorods were investigated by SEM,XRD and UV-Vis-NIR.The test results showed that one-dimensional Ce doped ZnO nanorods were prepared by hydrothermal method.Zn1-x Ce xO nanorods(x ≤ 0.05) was single phase with the hexagonal wurtzite structure and no impurity phase existed.UV-Vis-NIR analysis showed that the absorption edge of Ce doped ZnO nanorods moved toward long wave direction with the doping concentration,and the band gap Eg of Ce doped ZnO nanorods narrowed.This could be attributed to the multiple body effects due to interaction between the charges produced by Ce doping or the overlap between impurities and defect bands.
