摘要
目的了解六盘水市某污水处理厂污泥农用价值与所含重金属的健康风险。方法于2016年12月—2017年10月,采集六盘水市某污水处理厂污泥,分析其农用价值,测定重金属含量并进行健康风险评价。结果污泥符合农用规定营养学指标;重金属含量依次为Zn>Pb>Cr>Cu>Ni>Cd>As>Hg。手-口摄入是污泥暴露风险的主要途径;多污染物多途径综合危害指数非致癌风险儿童为1.81×10^(-1),成人为6.38×10^(-2),均小于1不存在非致癌风险;其中Hg对儿童(8.79×10^(-2))和成人(3.04×10^(-2))的非致癌风险最高。儿童多污染物综合危害指数致癌风险为1.65×10^(-4),存在一定的致癌风险;成人为5.87×10^(-5),不具备致癌风险;其中Cd对儿童和成人致癌风险分别为1.33×10^(-4)和4.72×10^(-5),均高于As。结论六盘水某污水处理厂污泥中的Hg为非致癌风险的主要影响元素,Cd为致癌风险的主要影响元素,应加强监管。
Objective To know the agricultural value of sludge and the health risk of heavy metals from a sewage treatment plant in Liupanshui, Guizhou. Methods The sludge samples were collected from a sewage treatment plant in Liupanshui from December 2016 to October 2017,its agricultural value was analyzed,the heavy metal content was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) and the health risk assessment model was used for health risk assessment. Results The sludge was qualified to the standards of nutritional indexes for agriculture. The average contents of heavy metals ranked as follows:Zn〉 Pb〉 Cr 〉Cu〉 Ni〉 Cd〉 As 〉Hg,hand-oral intake was the main way of sludge exposure risk. The non-carcinogenic risk of multi-pollutant and multi-channel comprehensive hazard index HI were 1.81 ×10^-1 for children and 6.38×10^-2 for adults,all of which were less than 1; There was no non-carcinogenic risk; The HI levels of Hg were 8.79 ×10-2 for children and 3.04 ×10^-2 for adults respectively, which was the highest among heavy metals. The multi-pollutant comprehensive carcinogenic risk index was 1.65 ×10^-4 for children,which showed a certain carcinogenic risk; While the risk index for adult was 5.87×10^-5,which showed no carcinogenic risk; The carcinogenic risk levels of Cd were 1.33 ×10^-4 for children and 4.72×10^-5 for adults respectively, which were higher than As. Conclusion Hg is the main influencing factor of non-carcinogenic risk in sludge of a sewage treatment plant in Liupanshui and Cd is the main influencing factor of carcinogenic risk. Therefore,further supervision should be strengthened.
