乙烯裂解燃料油是乙烯裂解过程中的一种副产品,但目前因其加工难度大,实际利用率不高,经济效益较低。而延迟焦化装置作为炼油厂二次加工装置,具有其独特的优势:对原料的适应性强、可增产优质柴油,提高柴汽比。现将乙烯裂解燃料油掺炼延迟焦化,能有效提高乙烯裂解燃料油的利用率,从而增加乙烯生产企业的经济效益。
Ethylene pyrolysis fuel oil is a by-product of the ethylene cracking process. However, due to its difficulty in processing, the actual utilization rate is not high and the economic benefit is low.The delayed coking unit, as a secondary processing unit of a refinery, has its unique advantages:it has strong adaptability to raw materials, can increase the production of high-quality diesel, and increase the ratio of diesel to steam. Delayed coking of blended ethylene cracked fuel oil is now available, which can effectively increase the utilization of ethylene cracked fuel oil, thereby increasing the economic benefits of ethylene production companies.
