MPCNL和F-URL治疗直径<2cm肾结石的疗效及安全性对比分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨微通道经皮肾镜激光碎石术(MPCNL)与输尿管软镜激光碎石术(F-URL)治疗直径<2cm肾结石的疗效及安全性差异。方法回顾性分析该院2015年4月至2017年4月收治直径<2cm肾结石患者共100例,根据微创手术方案不同分为A组(50例)和B组(50例),分别采用MPCNL和F-URL方案治疗。比较两组患者单次手术结石彻底清除率、手术用时、术后首次下床时间、血红蛋白(Hb)下降水平、总住院时间及术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者单次手术结石彻底清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者手术用时、术后首次下床时间、Hb下降水平及总住院时间均明显少于A组(P<0.05);两组患者术后发热、石街及血尿发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MPCNL和F-URL治疗直径<2cm肾结石具有相近的结石清除效果和安全性,但F-URL方案可有效降低操作难度,减少术中创伤及缩短病情康复时间。
