摘要
通过对水稻品种上农粳2号在分蘖期分别施用15%多效唑、15%胺鲜·乙烯利和50%噻苯·乙烯利3种植物生长调节剂,研究其对水稻产量相关性状的影响。结果表明:不同生长调节剂以及不同浓度对上农粳2号产量的影响不同,12 g/667 m^2 15%多效唑对上农粳2号有一定增产效果,随着施用浓度的不断升高,有效穗在增加,但穗粒数和千粒质量均有下降,导致产量逐步降低。15%胺鲜·乙烯利12 g/667 m^2的处理对上农粳2号增产效果明显,主要是有效穗和穗实粒数增加所致。50%噻苯·乙烯利随着施用浓度不断增加,水稻产量在增加,在浓度为100 m L/667 m^2处理时产量达最高。综合产量相关性状可知,在分蘖期施用50%噻苯·乙烯利100 m L/667 m^2或15%胺鲜·乙烯利12 g/667 m^2,水稻产量提高的效果较明显。
The current study investigated the effects of plant growth regulators on rice yield and yield-related traits. In 2017, a field trial was carried out in the field of Huanghai Seed Industry Co., Ltd., in which three plant growth regulators(50% Thidiazuron+ethephon,15% paclobutrazol, and 15% DA-6+ethephon) were separately applied to the rice variety Shang Nong Jing 2 at tillering stage. The results were as follows. The effect of plant growth regulators on the yield of Shang Nong Jing 2 varied with the type and application rate of plant growth regulator. Specifically, a low application rate of paclobutrazol(12 g of 15% paclobutrazol per 667 m^2) exerted a certain degree of stimulatory effect on the yield of Shang Nong Jing 2; as its application rate was gradually elevated, the number of effective spikes increased, but the number of grains and the 1 000-grain weight both decreased, leading to a gradual decline in yield.The treatment with a low concentration of 15% DA-6+ ethephon(12 g of 15% DA-6+ethephon per 667 m^2) produced an obvious effect of improving the yield of Shang Nong Jing 2, mainly due to increases in the number of effective panicles and the grain number per spike. On the other hand, the yield rose with increasing application rates of Thidiazuron+ethephon, reaching the highest in the treatment with 100 m L of 50% Thidiazuron+ethephon per 667 m^2. According to the integrated effects of these plant growth regulators on yield-related traits at rice tillering stage, we recommend that 15% DA-6+ethephon and 50% Thidiazuron+ethephon should be applied at 12 g/667 m^2 and 100 m L/667 m^2, respectively, to improve rice yield.
