复方甘草酸苷对肝硬化患者血清氧自由基、炎症介质水平的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin on Serum Oxygen Free Radicals and Inflammatory Mediators in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

摘要 目的探讨复方甘草酸苷对肝硬化患者血清氧自由基、炎症介质水平的影响。方法选取我院2016年11月-2017年11月期间收治的40例患者作为研究对象,根据患者是否自愿使用复方甘草酸苷分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用肝硬化的常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合复方甘草酸苷治疗。结果治疗后观察组IL-6、IL-8分别为(12.2±1.8)ng/L、(13.1±1.9)ng/L,明显低于对照组;XO、MDA水平分别为(11.4±1.3)U/L、(9.6±1.6)mmol/L,明显高于对照组。治疗后观察组ALT、AST、Tbil水平为(32.6±7.5)U/L、(33.8±7.2)U/L、(25.8±2.8)mmol/L,明显低于对照组。治疗前两组患者Child A、Child B、Child C人数均为10、5、5例;治疗后对照组Child A为12例,明显低于观察组;观察组Child B、Child C人数均为2例,明显高于对照组。结论复方甘草酸苷有助于改善患者炎症因子,降低氧化应激水平。 Objective To investigate the effect of compound glycyrrhizin on serum oxygen free radicals and inflammatory mediators in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Forty patients treated in our hospital between November 2016 and November2017 were divided into the observation group and control group according to voluntary use of compound glycyrrhizin. Patients in the control group received routine treatment of cirrhosis while those in observation group were additionally treated with compound glycyrrhizin.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were respectively( 12. 2 ± 1.8) and( 13.1±1.9) ng/L,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of XO and MDA were respectively( 11.4±1.3) and( 9.6±1.6) mmol/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group. The levels of ALT,AST and Tbil in the observation group were( 32.6± 7.5),( 33.8± 7. 2) U/L and( 25. 8 ± 2. 8) mmol/L respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group. The numbers of Child A,Child B and Child C in the two groups were 10,5 and5 before treatment. The number of Child A in the control group was 12,which was significantly smaller than that in the observation group,and the number of Child B and Child C in the observation group was 2,which was significantly smaller than that in the control group. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin can improve inflammatory factors and reduce oxidative stress in patients.
