摘要
目的:探究四磨汤对肝脾不和型功能性消化不良患者胃肠激素水平与中医证候积分的影响。方法:选择2016年8月-2017年8月在我院治疗的86例肝脾不和型功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予四磨汤口服液,比较两组治疗前后胃肠激素水平与中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗后胃动素含量及餐后瘦素均高于对照组,CRH明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:肝脾不和型功能性消化不良患者采用四磨汤口服液治疗后,可显著改善胃肠激素水平,增强胃动力,缓解临床症状。
Objective To analyze efcacy of the Simo decoction ( 四磨汤 ) on gastrointestinal hormones and the symptom score in the patients with functional dyspepsia of the Ganpi Buhe type ( 肝脾不和型 ). Methods: From August 2016 to August 2017, 86 cases were divided into two groups, 43 cases in each. The control group was given western medicine; and the observation group was given the Simo decoction. Gastrointestinal hormones and the symptom score in two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, motilin content and postprandial leptin in the observation group were higher, and CRH was lower, P〈0.05. The scores of TCM syndromes in two groups were lower than before treatment, and the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Simo decoction on functional dyspepsia of the Ganpi Buhe type shows a good effect, can significantly improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones, enhance gastric motility, relieve clinical symptoms.
