摘要
目的探讨降低护士心理压力、提高护理满意度的策略与效果。方法 2016年1—12月,将该院神经内二科、骨科运动医学科、心身一科共计60名护士纳入对照组,将神经内一科、疼痛脊柱外科、心身二科共计60名护士纳入观察组进行人性化护理管理,对比分析两组护士的心理压力及护理满意度。结果观察组护士HAMA、HAMD评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组离职率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论人性化医院护理管理对护士心理压力改善效果明显,可有效提高护理对象的满意度,并可降低离职率。
Objective Can effectively improve the satisfaction of the care recipients. Methods From January to December2016, a total of 60 nurses from the Department of Neurology, Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, and Psychosomatic Departmentof the hospital were included in the control group. A total of 60 nurses from the Department of Neurology, Pain SpineSurgery, and Psychosomatics were included in the observation group for humanized nursing management. The psychologicalstress and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared and analyzed. Results The HAMA and HAMDscores of the nurses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The nursing satisfaction ofthe observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The turnover rate of the observation group waslower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing management of humanized hospitals has obvious effects on the improvement of nurses' psychological stress, which can effectively improve the satisfaction of the care recipientsand reduce the turnover rate.
