摘要
目的了解糖化白蛋白水平和早期2型糖尿病肾病的关系。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月间来院接受治疗的早期2型糖尿病肾病患者125例作为该次研究的实验对象,患者的蛋白尿水平大于等于150 mL/24 h,称为观察组;另外再在同时期选23例早期2型糖尿病尿蛋白正常的患者作为该次的对照组。对照组和观察组患者都进行糖化白蛋白检测,观察两组患者的糖化白蛋白水平,并对各项化学指标(三酰甘油、尿素氮、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、胰岛素)进行对比研究,最后得出结论。结果据统计分析,观察组患者的糖化白蛋白水平要明显高于对照组,各种化学指标都有明显差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且早期2型糖尿病肾病患者病情的严重程度和糖化白蛋白水平有明显的相关性,糖化白蛋白水平和尿蛋白的水平呈线性关系,据有序Logistic回归分析显示可知,糖化白蛋白会影响早期2型糖尿病肾病的发病以及会诱导早期2型糖尿病肾病的病情发展。结论糖化白蛋白水平是早期2型糖尿病肾病的一种危险因素,还可以使早期2型糖尿病肾病患者的病情进一步发展。
Objective To know the correlation between the glycated albumin level and early type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 125 cases of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected, and the proteinuria level ≥ 150 mL/24 h, as the observation group, while 23 cases of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with normal proteinuria level were selected as the control group, and both groups used the glycared albumin test, and various chemotherapy indicators such as triaeylglyeerol, urea nitrogen, glyeosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, insulin were compared and studied, and the conclusions were drawn. Results The statistics showed that the glyeated albumin level in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and various chemotherapy indicators were obviously different, with statistical significance (P〈0.05), and the severity of diseases was obviously correlated with the level of glyeated albumin, and the glyeated albumin level had a liner correlation with the urine protein level, and the orderly Logistic regression analysis showed that the glyeated albumin could affect the onset of early type 2 diabetic nepbropathy and induced the progression of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Conclusion The glyeated albumin level is a risk factor of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy, which can promote the further development of diseases of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
