摘要
随着经济的发展,国家的重视,在我国高职院校教育改革的进一步推动下,高职院校学生数量越来越多,需要妥善做好学生管理工作,这样才能够保证学生学习的质量,实现学生的良好发展。高职院校学生处于人生观、价值观以及世界观形成的重要时期,需要高职院校学生管理部门联合班主任、辅导员、任课教师等一起做好学生管教工作,帮助学生解决他们的思想、学习、心理等问题,养成健康、良好的日常行为习惯,树立正确的人生观、价值观和学习观。本文通过对新形势下江苏农牧科技职业学院高职学生管理工作的切身体会与有效做法进行探讨,提升学生教育管理人员管理水平,引导学生形成健康、正确的校园生活,有力助推高职学生全方位发展。
With the further development of higher vocational education reform and the increase of the number ofstudents in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to do a good job of student management,so as to ensure the qualityof students＇ study and realize the good development of students.The students of higher vocational colleges are in theimportant period of life outlook,values and world outlook formation,so they need the students＇ discipline work togetherwith the class teachers,counselors,teachers and so on.Help students solve their psychological problems,develop correctand healthy habits,and establish correct outlook on life,values and learning.This paper discusses the science andtechnology profession of agriculture and animal husbandry in Jiangsu under the new situation.In order to improve themanagement level of students,guide students to form a healthy and correct campus life,and promote the all-rounddevelopment of higher vocational students,this paper discusses the experience and effective methods of students＇management in higher vocational colleges.
