摘要
大数据时代对经济类人才培养提出了新的要求,因此有必要对此进行分析。通过分析当前社会对经济类人才需求变化和当前高校经济类人才培养中可能存在的各类问题,本文提出一些建议来消除高校人才培养和社会对人才需求之间的差异,主要是从可以通过观念更新、教学方式改变和提升实践机会三个方面着手进行。
A new requirement on the cultivation of talents has been emerged in the era of big data. Therefore,it iscrucial to carry out study on this issue. By analyzing the change of talents requirement and the problems existed in thecurrent training modes of colleges,this article puts forward some suggestions to narrow the gap between the socialrequirement and colleges,mainly by upgrading ideas、 changing teaching methods and enhance practice opportunities.
