摘要
目的探究胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)是否能改善糖尿病型勃起功能障碍大鼠的功能。方法选取8周SD(雄性)大鼠50只作为实验对象,其中10只正常勃起功能障碍大鼠作为CN组,40只糖尿病型勃起功能障碍大鼠作分为4组,分别为DM组(糖尿病型勃起功能障碍组)、IGF-1组(胰岛素样生长因子-1治疗)、INS组(胰岛素治疗)、IGF-1+INS组(胰岛素样生长因子-1+胰岛素联合治疗),4组每组包括10只,治疗的药物包括胰岛素(6U/d)、单纯重组单纯疱疹病毒胰岛素样生长因子-1载体(5×10~8pfu)等,观察治疗后结果。结果 DM组(13.52±1.67)cmH_2O、IGF-1组(25.38±1.91)cmH_2O、INS组(28.83±2.03)cmH_2O、IGF-1+INS组(42.26±2.22)cmH_2O;ICP值均低于CN组(3.38±3.31)cmH_2O,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05), DM组、IGF-1组、INS组、IGF-1±INS组ICP值比较,IGF-1+INS组最高,与其他各组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IGF-1组(71.13±7.11)%、INS组(70.38±3.96)%、IGF-1+INS组(72.88±2.67)%与DM组(55.71±4.98)%胰岛素样生长因子-1阳性细胞百分比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),DM组、IGF-1组、INS组、IGF-1+INS组与CN组(68.28±7.18)%胰岛素样生长因子-1阳性细胞百分比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IGF-1对糖尿病型勃起功能障碍大鼠,其阴茎勃起功能障碍得到良好改善,应用价值高。
Objective To explore whether insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) can improve the function of diabetic erectile dysfunction rats. Methods 50 male SD rats (8 weeks old) were selected as experimental subjects. 10 normal erectile dysfunction rats were used as CN group and 40 diabetic erectile dysfunction rats were divided into four groups of DM group (erectile dysfunction group), IGF-1 group (insulin-like growth factor-1 treatment), INS group (insulin therapy), IGF-1+INS group (insulin-like growth factor-1+ insulin combination therapy), four groups each consisted of 10 patients. The therapeutic drugs included insulin (6 U/d), simple recombinant herpes simplex virus insulin-like growth factor-1 carrier (5×108 pfu), and the results were observed after treatment. Results DM group (13.52±1.67)cmH2O, IGF-1 group (25.38±1.91)cmH2O, INS group (28.83±2.03)cmH2O, IGF-1+INS group (42.26±2.22)cmH2O, ICP values lower than the CN group (3.38±3.31)cmH2O, there was a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05), and the ICP values of the DM group, the IGF-1 group, the INS group, and the IGF-1±INS group was the highest, compared with other groups, there was statistical difference(P〈0.05), IGF-1 group (71.13±7.11)%, INS group (70.38±3.96)%, IGF-1+INS percentage of insulin-like growth factor-1 positive cells in the group (72.88±2.67)% and DM group (55.71±4.98)% were significantly different (P〈0.05), DM group, IGF-1 group, the percentage of insulin-like growth factor-1 positive cells in INS group, IGF-1+INS group and CN group (68.28±7.18)% was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion IGF-1 can improve penile erectile dysfunction in diabetic erectile dysfunction rats and has high application value.
