睡眠剥夺护理干预措施在心内科重症监护室患者中应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨对心内科重症监护室患者给予睡眠剥夺护理干预后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2015年1月—2017年2月收治的82例心内科重症监护室患者作为实验对象;采用抽签法分组;研究护理方式期间,对照组(41例):选择基础护理方法展开;观察组(41例):选择基础护理+睡眠剥夺护理方法展开;最终就两组心内科重症监护室患者护理满意度以及睡眠质量展开对比。结果同对照组心内科重症监护室患者护理满意度(70.73%)对比,观察组(97.56%)获得明显提升,差异存在统计学意义(χ~2=11.061 3,P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分为(1.39±0.35)分,入睡时间为(1.19±0.25)分,睡眠障碍为(1.35±0.25)分,睡眠时间为(1.49±0.42)分,睡眠效率为(1.75±0.35)分;对照组睡眠质量评分为(2.35±0.49)分,入睡时间为(1.82±0.39)分,睡眠障碍为(2.15±0.59)分,睡眠时间为(2.43±0.29)分,睡眠效率为(2.69±0.15)分;同对照组心内科重症监护室患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间以及睡眠效率评分展开比较,观察组获得明显下降,差异有统计学意义(t=10.208 2,8.707 9,7.994 1,11.792 7,15.806 5,P<0.05)。结论护理人员对于心内科重症监护室患者选择睡眠剥夺护理方法进行干预,对于护理满意度提升,睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间以及睡眠效率评分的降低可以做出充分保证,从而通过提升心内科重症监护室患者的整体睡眠质量,促进其病情康复。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of sleep deprivation care intervention in patients with cardiac intensive care unit. Methods 82 cases of cardiac intensive care unit patients who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as experimental subjects; they were grouped using the lottery method; during the study of nursing methods, the control group (41 cases): selected basic care methods; observation group (41 cases): select basic nursing + sleep deprivation nursing method; finally, compare the nursing satisfaction and sleep quality of the two groups of cardiology intensive care unit patients. Results Compared with the nursing satisfaction of patients in the intensive care unit of the control group (70.73%), the observation group (97.56%) was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=11.061 3,P〈0.05); the observation group sleep quality score was (1.39±0.35)points, the time to fall asleep was (1.19±0.25)points, the sleep disorder was (1.35±0.25)points, the sleep time was (1.49±0.42)points, and the sleep efficiency was (1.75±0.35)points. The sleep quality score was (2.35±0.49)points, the sleep time was (1.82±0.39)points, the sleep disorder was (2.15±0.59)points, the sleep time was (2.43±0.29)points, and the sleep efficiency was (2.69±0.15)points. Compared with the sleep quality, sleep time, sleep disturbance, sleep time and sleep efficiency scores of the intensive care unit of the control group, the observation group obtained significant decline, and the difference was statistically significant (t=10.208 2, 8.707 9, 7.994 1, 11.792 7, 15.806 5,P〈0.05). Conelusion Nursing staff intervene in the choice of sleep deprivation nursing methods for patients in cardiac intensive care unit, which can fully guarantee the improvement of nursing satisfaction, sleep quality, sleep time, sleep disorder, sleep time and sleep efficiency score, improve the overall sleep quality of patients in the cardiology intensive care unit and promote their recovery.
