摘要
目的比较完全胸腔镜与传统开放手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月-2017年5月医院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者80例,依据治疗方法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各40例;对两组患者的术中术后指标、NRS评分、术后并发症发生情况进行统计分析。结果研究组患者术中出血量、术后住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的手术时间、胸腔引流时间、胸腔引流量比较差异均无统计学意义;术后5d研究组患者的NRS评分低于对照组(t=-3.365,P=0.025);对照组患者术后发生肺不张1例,心律不齐1例,肩部活动障碍1例,切口感染2例,肺部感染1例,研究组患者只发生肩部活动障碍1例。结论完全胸腔镜手术治疗非小细胞肺癌具有较好的治疗效果,值得在临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical effects of complete thoracoscopic surgery and conventional open surgery on treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.METHODS A total of 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in the hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study and divided into the study group and the control group according to the treatment method,with 40 cases in each group.The intraoperative,postoperative indexes,NRS and incidence rates of postoperative complications were statistically analyzed.RESULTS The intraoperative blood loss volume and postoperative length of hospital stay of the study group were better than those of the control group(P〈0.05),there were no significant differences in operation duration,thoracis drainage time and thoracic drainage volume between the two groups of patients.The NRS of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group after the surgery for 5 days(t=-3.365,P=0.025).There were 1 case of postoperative atelectasis,1 case of arrhythmia,1 case of shoulder activity disorder,2 cases of incision infection and 1 case of pulmonary infection in the control group,and there was only 1 case of shoulder activity disorder in the study group.CONCLUSION The complete thoracoscopic surgery can achieve remarkable clinical effect on treatment of the patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
