摘要
为解决有特定加工工艺能力的压力机设计问题,根据用户提供的压力机滑块速度-时间运动曲线,设计出逼近此速度曲线的压力机传动机构。首先,分析给定的滑块速度曲线,提取曲线中相对应的时间和速度值,将提取的所有数据拟合成Spline曲线。其次,建立压力机传动部分结构形式,描述各构件的作用及运动原理,建立简化的结构原理图与相应的数学模型。最后,结合数学模型和提取的压力机滑块运动的相关数据,运用广义简约梯度法对其运动进行优化计算。根据压力机传动机构的运动原理确定约束条件,运用所述理论方法进行计算分析,得到与用户需求近似的压力机传动结构。
In order to solve the design problem of the press with specific processing capability,according to the speed versus time curve of the press slider provided by the user,a transmission mechanism of the press approaching the above speed curve was designed. Firstly,the given speed curve of the slider was analyzed,and the corresponding time and speed values were extracted from the curve to fit Spline curves. Secondly,structure of the transmission part of the press was established,the function and motion principle of each component were described,and the simplified structural principle diagram and corresponding mathematical model were established. Finally,the motion of the press slider was optimized by the generalized simplified gradient method in combination with the mathematical model and the extracted data of the slider motion. According to the motion principle of the press transmission mechanism,the constraint condition was determined,and the calculation analysis was conducted by the above theory method to obtain the transmission structure of press approximated with the user's demand.
