经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症 被引量：16

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症的安全性和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2014-09—2017-05采用经皮椎间孔镜下椎管减压术治疗25例老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症。结果 25例均获得随访,随访时间平均7(6~9)个月。所有患者术后腰痛、下肢麻木、下肢放射痛、间歇性跛行症状均得到明显改善。术后1周、术后3个月、术后6个月疼痛VAS评分及ODI指数均较术前明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。末次随访时疗效采用MacNab评分标准评定:优17例,良5例,可3例,优良率88.0%。结论采用经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症可进行安全有效减压,明显提高患者生活质量,具有很好的临床应用前景。
